Shipping
We ship only within the continental US states. No shipping charge for orders exceeding $200.*

 

The customer is responsible for shipping charges on expedited and express shipping requests. Orders up to $200 will be charged $10 shipping & handling.

 

All orders are being shipped by standard service and the average delivery period is 3-5 business days. Faster shipping methods are available upon request and are subject to additional charge.

 

*Additional fees may apply for heavy items (including all liquids) and large volume orders. The total shipping cost will be adjusted upon check-out or when ready to ship out.

 

Payments and Penalties
All orders are subject to any applicable taxes as dictated by your state. Florida customers will be charged 7% sales tax.

 

All refused shipments, as well as returned shipments due to receiver fault (maximum delivery attempts exceeded, wrong / incomplete address etc.) will be subject for both directions shipping cost + taxes and duties if applicable.

 

You are responsible for all outstanding payments on your account. Payment terms are available. Please contact our Customer Service team to set up payment terms.

 

Return Policy
All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery in an unopened original packaging.
All returns must obtain return authorization first.

 

ALL RETRUNED ITEMS, INCLUDING THOSE WHICH CLAIMED DEFECTIVE MUST RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING SUCH AS BOX, PLASTIC BAG ETC. FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSES.

 

Return must be delivered back at DWD facility no later than 14 days from RMA # issuing date.
Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice they appeared on mark with the provided RMA #. 

 

  • NO RETURNS OF ANY DISPOSABLE / LIQUID ITEMS IS ALLOWED 
  • NO RETURNS OF ANY SPECIAL ORDERS ARE ALLOWED 
  • NO RETURNS OF ANY REWARDS CARD IS ALLOWED

 

Incomplete returns will not be honored and items will not be reshipped to customer .

 

Any disputes on incomplete/ wrong/ defective orders must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If the return was a result of a customer error, you are responsible for all shipping charges. If the error was made on our part, we will waive the return shipping charges.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

 

  • Downloadable software products
  • Discontinued or Expired Items
  • Clearance Items
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged and/or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • All disposable items
  • Liquids
  • Clearance items (if applicable)
  • Only regular priced items may be credited, unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded.

 

Rewards and gift cards *: (available ONLY for customers with US physical shipping address)

 

When returning an item(s) that was used towards redemption of a gift card, you must still maintain the minimum purchase amount required for the promotion otherwise you will be charged for the value of the gift card. To avoid this, you can maintain the minimum purchase requirement with an equivalently valued item(s). If you do not meet the minimum purchase requirement used towards the redemption you will be charged for the value of the gift upon return/exchange of the item(s).

 

Example 1: If your order before tax is $250 and you are in receipt of a gift card (valued at $25 - per $250 purchase) but return an item(s) valued at $25, you no longer meet the minimum purchase requirement. You will be charged $25 for the gift card which will cancel out your return credit for $25 for the item(s) purchased.

 

Example 2: If your order before tax is $500 and you are in receipt of a two gift cards (valued at $25 each – one $25 card per $250 purchase) but return an item(s) valued at $50, you no longer meet the minimum purchase requirement for receiving two $25 gift cards. You will be charged $25 for one gift card and you will receive a return credit for $25 for the item(s) that was purchased and returned. Alternatively, you may replace the item(s) with equivalently valued items(s).

 

When placing an order for an exchange, regular shipping charges will apply (i.e. if replacement is less than $200 in value it will be subject to a standard shipping charge).

*   SOME OF THE REWARD CARDS ARE CHARGING A MONTHLY FEE ON THE REMAINING BALANCE ON THE CARDS AFTER THE 7TH MONTH OF ACTIVATION (7 month since the card was shipped to the customer)

Conflict of terms
If there is a conflict or contradiction between the provisions of these website terms and conditions and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices, the other relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices which relate specifically to a particular section or module of the website shall prevail in respect of your use of the relevant section or module of the website.

 

Applicable Law

 

1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to the state of Florida law.

 

2. Any dispute arising from the execution or interpretation of the provisions of this contract requires the parties to come together and to try and find an amicable solution to their dispute, before applying to the competent court.

 

IN CASE OF DISPUTE, THE ISSUE SHALL BE BROUGHT BEFORE THE COURT IN Ft. LAUDERDALE FLORIDA.
